🛍️ سياسة التوصيل والاستبدال 

🔹 نسمح بالمعاينة وقت الاستلام – تقدر تراجع طلبك وتتأكد منه قبل الدفع.
🔹 المندوب بينتظرك من 5 إلى 10 دقائق فقط لمعاينة الطلب.
🔹 لو المنتج غير مناسب، تقدر ترجعه فورًا للمندوب وتدفع فقط مصاريف الشحن.
🔹 بمجرد مغادرة المندوب، لا يمكن الاسترجاع أو الاستبدال.
🔹 بعد الاستلام، يمكنك الاستبدال فقط خلال 14 يوم، بشرط أن يكون المنتج بحالته الأصلية.
🔹 لما المندوب يتواصل معاك، يرجى التنسيق لموعد مناسب علشان تقدر تعاين الطلب بهدوء.

🔹مصاريف الشحن تُدفع في جميع الأحوال.

✨ Delivery & Exchange Policy:

🔹 We allow inspection at delivery – You can check your item before payment.
🔹 The courier will wait for a maximum of 5–10 minutes for you to try the item.
🔹 If the item doesn’t suit you, return it immediately to the courier and pay only the shipping fee.
🔹 No returns or exchanges are accepted once the courier leaves.
🔹 After receiving the item, exchange only is allowed within 14 days, provided the item is in perfect condition.
🔹 Please coordinate with the courier for a suitable delivery time to allow for inspection.
🔹 Delivery fees must be paid in all situations.
